- "Hi, my
name is Kimesha , and I can sing nothing but praises about the
BioTechnical Institute of Maryland. The phrase, 'you get what
you pay for,' does not apply to this training program. It is
completely free and you leave with a vast amount of knowledge
and skills that you may not have received after paying for four
years of college. It is my opinion that a four year degree would
only complete the skills that you would receive by attending
the Institute.

- The staff is
superb. You could not ask for a more encouraging and dedicated
group. The teachers are all well knowledgeable as they work directly
in the field. Dr. Penno, the director and founder of the program,
expects nothing but the absolute best from all of the students.
Her main area of expertise would be to prepare us for the working
environment by getting us in the right frame of mind, through
professional attire and professional attitude….Being a laboratory
technician is not a dead end job, but the first step on the stairway
to success."
