The purpose of BTI’s training is to properly prepare individuals for careers in bio and health-related industries. This preparation consists of both academic and professional development training.
Academic progress and professionalism are key components of BTI’s expectations of its participants. Attendance, punctuality, daily preparation, consistent effort and a strong motivation to succeed are vital to successful completion of the BTI program and to subsequent placement within the industry.
In order to effectively prepare its participants for career-based jobs, BTI considers its laboratory training facilities as a ‘work environment’ not a school environment.
Successful participants are:
- Motivated
- Punctual
- Prepared to learn
- Patient
- Team-oriented
- Mature
- Ready for a career!
