Biotech Friends,
I can’t wait for you to meet a group of BTI laboratory associates! You will love them! These candidates have training in Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practices, ISO 9000, metric system calculations of weights and measures, solution formulations, aseptic techniques, cell culture, basic molecular biology and, of course, clean room and gowning technique. Our entry-level job candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a strong proficiency in the techniques listed above. I have no doubt that any one of these individuals will add significantly to your production capability.
A number of Maryland bioscience companies have already appreciated the savings and workforce training benefits of our Laboratory Associates. And, as they have learned, BTI-trained Laboratory Associates are dedicated for the long haul. We have worked very hard to establish excellence and the successful employment records of our graduates indicates that it was achieved! Our training model is now attracting nationwide attention.
